Early check-in/check-out policy: The resort is not required to have suites available before 4:00pm, but the resort will make every effort to accommodate guests who arrive early. Changing rooms are available for guests' use on early arrivals and late departures.
Children Policy: All rooms will accommodate adult (18 years of age and older) couples only. No singles, triples or children allowed.
Maximum Occupancy: Oceanview Suite - 2 adults.

• 1-Bedroom Oceanview Suite with Balcony - 2 adults. 1-Bedroom Beachfront Suite with Jacuzzi - 2 adults. Penthouse Suite - 2 adults.

Oceanview Suite(*), these suites offer a large master bedroom and a comfortable sitting area. Number of accommodations: 8 Bedding: 1 king bed.
Verandah Suite(*), These spacious master bedroom suites have large balconies overlooking the tranquil Caribbean waters. Number of accommodations: 8 Bedding: 1 king bed.
One Bedroom Oceanview Suite With Balcony(*), All of these suites have large master bedrooms, ample separate living rooms, balconies, and panoramic ocean views. Number of accommodations: 28 Bedding: 1 king bed.
One Bedroom Beachfront Suite With Jacuzzi, These accommodations feature the trademark Tropical dcor. All have intimate sitting areas separate from the master bedroom. From either a balcony or patio, all have ocean front views, Jacuzzi, and stand-up shower. Number of accommodations: 72 Bedding: 1 king bed.
Penthouse Suite(*), one bedroom suites with separate living and sleeping area, Jacuzzi and balcony. Number of accommodations: 7 Bedding: 1 king bed.
Pavarotti Suite(*), two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Kitchen, spacious living room and balcony. Number of accommodations: 1 Bedding: 2 king beds.
Hibiscus Villa(*), two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Kitchen, spacious living room and balcony. Number of accommodations: 1 Bedding: 2 king beds.

• All Couples Resorts have king beds only.
• Rollaways and double beds are not available, so they cannot be requested.

All accommodations include: bathroom (marble), iron, tea kettle (electric), air conditioning, safe deposit box (digital), ironing board, television (remote controlled, cable), bathrobes, hairdryer and coffee maker.

Room Service In suite dining is available from 6:00am-11:00pm. Afterward, the Bella Vista beach grill is open until 6:00am.

Palazzina, (Breakfast and lunch daily; dinner five nights per week). Hearty bistro fare from around the world is featured here in a festive sea breeze setting. Inside or outside dining. Breakfast and lunch buffet. Dinner a la carte. Reservations required for dinner only.
Dress Code In the restaurants, shoes are worn and bathing suits are covered, except the Beach Bar and Grille. For dinner, gentlemen shall wear shirts with collars and short or long sleeves (no tee shirts or tanks tops), slacks or tailored Bermuda-length shorts; women shall wear dresses, skirts, slacks, culottes or tailored Bermuda-length shorts (no "short shorts" or cutoffs). No jeans for men or women in the evening dining inside at the Palazzina or Casanova restaurants.
The dress code reflects casual elegance such as dress slacks and elegant button front shirts (long and short sleeves). Jeans, flip-flops, shorts, t-shirts and open toe shoes will not be accepted.
